WHAT TO EXPECT
The Video Production Process vs The Construction Process
During the design and planning phase, architects and engineers conceptualize the building design, create blueprints, and develop a plan for construction.
Similarly, in film pre-production, the story is conceptualized, shots are planned, and the video is designed.
Both require collaboration, budgeting, and communication to achieve a successful outcome.

Rough Construction [Production]
2.
In both film production and rough construction, the focus shifts from planning to execution. In video, the production team follows the shooting schedule and shoots scenes according to the script and storyboard. In construction, the rough construction process involves executing the plan by building the foundation, framing walls, installing roofing and windows, etc.
In both post-production and finish construction, the focus shifts towards project refinement and finalization.
In film post-production, the footage is edited, visual effects and sound are added, and the final cut is produced.
Similarly, in finish construction, finishing touches such as painting, installing flooring, cabinetry, lighting fixtures, and other final details become the focus.
Finish Construction [Post-Production]

Punch List & CO [Product Delivery]
In finish construction, attention is paid to the smallest details, such as the quality of the finish on the woodwork or the way the tiles align, to create an exceptional end product.
In film, attention is paid to color grading, sound mixing, and visual effects to enhance the film's overall quality.
